Posted On: 02/06/2025 Everyone at Tri-Hill Family Dentistry is so welcoming and kind. Our previous dentist retired so we are new to the practice, but somehow they make you feel like part of the family right away! The front staff is amazing, Nicole is always thoughtful and cheerful.
Jenn, my dental hygienist, is so knowledgeable and gentle in her care taking a lot of time with me to address my individual concerns. Dr. Uma was so thorough and reassuring, she explained everything so well. Everyone there works as a team and is like a family!

My experience has been great, everyone is very nice from the front office staff, dental hygienists and the providers. They keep you well informed about any insurance changes, out of pocket costs that you may incur, upcoming appointments.
Will continue coming to this office as long as possible! Krista J

The knew my insurance no longer was accepted by them and they did not inform me or give me an option to pay out of pocket or make other arrangements. I was not told until after! The appointment was over so I had no other choice but to pay. They made sure the received payment. This appointment was a change in schedule to come in on an earlier day and they did not inform me of the change of my insurance. I am very disappointed in their business ethics. Marilyn W
