Posted On: 06/12/2023 On time but found out a week before our appointment that the office dropper our insurance. Now have to look elsewhere for our son. As someone who works in Healthcare I find this disheartening. It hurts patients who rely on insurance to keep out of pocket costs down and as a mom with 3 kids, self pay when already paying insurance is not an option and regrettably we will have to leave. I needed teeth fillings and Dr. Uma did the fillings the next day after my initial exam and cleaning, very happy with everyone in the dental office! Thank you so much! I had a chipped tooth and was leaving town for a month so not able to schedule an appointment until my return. They said that if I could return later today, they would fix it now. All of the employees are extremely friendly and exceptionally good at what they do. They do an excellent job every time! I very highly and proudly recommend Tri-Hill Family Dentistry 300 percent!! I personally do not want to go to any other dental facility. I value their opinion of my oral status every time I go! I want my teeth and gums as healthy as possible, and Tri-Hill Family Dentistry keeps up with keeping my mouth as happy and healthy as possible!!! I give 7 stars to Tri-Hill Family Dentistry!!
