Posted On: 04/18/2024 I am not a patient, but after a great experience over the phone, I just had to come and leave a review of this office- I spoke with Jody on the phone, and she was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Even though I was not a patient, she was willing to make room for me to be seen with a mouth injury within a day. Unfortunately, I was unable to book that time since I had conflicting appointments, so she offered a few other times. I am out of network- so went elsewhere in the end- but if they had been in network- I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Overall- professional and kind. Well done! Lisa S

They clearly explained the process and our game plan for future visits. They listened to any concerns, and made today a very exceptional visit. Posted On: 03/14/2024 I’ve been coming to this place for over 22 years now and my parents came here before that. They are always very nice, efficient, and never try to take advantage of you. Speaking from experience, when I became an adult I made the mistake of going to Aspen Dental in West York and they told me I needed $5k+ of work done or I would end up needing a root canal. I remembered I had gone to Tri Hill as a kid and decided to get a second opinion from them. They told me I had a small cavity but that was it. I won’t go anywhere else again and I’ve referred many people here and all have been happy. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and this business. The wait list for an appointment is for a good reason. Mike L
