Posted On: 08/20/2024 Everyone was very nice, and the procedures went very well. Had to sit and wait a long time even after the crown was made to have crown cemented in. Your charges seemed high. Cost for a simple crown was more than Endodontics charged for a root canal, permanent restoration, and installation of a post. Curtis C

Posted On: 07/31/2024 My first appointment here was to repair a broken tooth & replace a filling……for having to go through the process because no one really enjoys it, LoL….it was a fantastic experience!!!! Dr. Uma is the sweetest and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time, while also explaining what she was doing every step of the way to help with anxiety from past dental procedures. Absolutely adore her!! And, I didn’t experience any pain at all!! I couldn’t be happier with the end result and so glad I gave this practice a chance….the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! HUGE relief!! Highly recommend!! Kara W

Posted On: 06/21/2024 This place had good reviews, so I decided to go to them to discuss the “Zoom” teeth whitening procedure. A previous dentist had done teeth whitening trays for me in 2020. This other dentist did not discuss the Zoom teeth whitening procedure in 2020, but again proceeded with whitening my teeth with trays. Since it’s been nearly 5 years, obviously, over time, new stains will appear on my teeth, hence why I was looking to get my teeth refreshed with a whitening procedure. The dental hygienist was nice and explained the Zoom whitening would be able to get my teeth 4 shades lighter. My goal was to remove the stains and yellowish-hue since my last teeth whitening, so it sounded good, and I wanted to proceed. I thought the dentist was on the same page about Zoom whitening and would be willing to proceed as well if I wanted. However, the dentist wanted me to check in with the other dentist who whitened my teeth in 2020. I thought they wanted me to check to see if they did Zoom, since I regularly saw that dentist for cleanings, but that previous dentist confirmed they did not do the Zoom treatment as I had expected. I went ahead and scheduled the second, third and fourth appointments with this dentist to proceed with the Zoom procedure. I go in for my second appointment for impressions. The nice dental hygienist woman from my first appointment was not there, but I met with another dental hygienist woman who seemed put out by the reason I was there to get Zoom. This woman kept holding different shades up to my teeth and had me look in the mirror. It was very repetitive, as I did this all the first appointment… She said my current shade of my teeth was high enough for the ‘natural shades’ so she didn’t know how much improvement I’d see with the Zoom procedure. This was a shock, as the previous lady I saw at the first appointment told me otherwise… Again, this lady seemed annoyed and just said the dentist can talk to me. She then rushed out of the room. The dentist came in and asked me more repetitive questions from the first appointment. He seemed not to know what I wanted, and I just said I wanted a refreshed whiter smile with the yellow-ish hues gone. I didn’t expect the whitest of white smiles from one Zoom procedure…just a refreshed look and what I thought could be achieved by the discussion I had at the first appointment. Meanwhile, the rude dental hygienist lady returned when the dentist was talking with me, and she seemed to be sighing quite a lot. I get it was the last appointment of the day, but this was scheduled ahead of time to do impressions, and when I got there suddenly plans changed… Finally, after all this talk of what I wanted, and what seemed like genuine confusion on their end, led to the dentist saying they wouldn’t do the Zoom procedure. Why not tell me all this at the first consultation appointment? I was disappointed to say the least to get my hopes up and cried after I left the office. Imagine someone wanting to change something about their appearance to feel more confident, and you tell them their smile (or whatever they want to change) is good enough? Shame on you! But anyway, at the end of the appointment, the dentist asked if I got sunburned easily. I was pale, so I told him I did. I guess that was the final nail in the coffin for my hopes of doing the Zoom procedure as he said he wouldn’t proceed then. It’s not like I wasn’t pale at the first appointment either, but this was not brought up then. It was a big waste of time. I guess I’m somewhat happy the dentist didn’t go through with it if they knew they couldn’t get the results I wanted. The results I wanted didn’t seem all that out of reach to me. The dentist offered to do teeth whitening trays again. At least he didn’t seem as rude as the dental hygienist woman. But, anyways I will take my money elsewhere to get these apparently crazy results I’m wanting… Brianna
