Posted On: 03/06/2020 My daughter’s appointment was at 4:00 for adjusting her braces.
She wasn’t seen until 4:30 and what was disappointing was, not a single staff member apologized for running late. I understand that things happen however, professionally speaking it doesn’t take a genius to acknowledge the fact that you’re (staff) running late.
In the past, when the technician was finished adjusting my daughter’s braces, she would come out and tell me how things went.
Another disappointing factor was, we had a newer technician yesterday and I was NOT impressed with how we were treated. She never came out to let me k ow how things went. Carita C

Posted On: 02/21/2020 My Dentist retired and we were referred here. Had my first visit this week. I was with my other dentist for at least 30yrs so didn't know what it would be like to basically start over again.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Dentist was nice and to the point. So far so good. Grady W
