Posted On: 03/06/2020 My daughter’s appointment was at 4:00 for adjusting her braces.
She wasn’t seen until 4:30 and what was disappointing was, not a single staff member apologized for running late. I understand that things happen however, professionally speaking it doesn’t take a genius to acknowledge the fact that you’re (staff) running late.
In the past, when the technician was finished adjusting my daughter’s braces, she would come out and tell me how things went.
Another disappointing factor was, we had a newer technician yesterday and I was NOT impressed with how we were treated. She never came out to let me k ow how things went. Carita C

Posted On: 02/21/2020 My Dentist retired and we were referred here. Had my first visit this week. I was with my other dentist for at least 30yrs so didn't know what it would be like to basically start over again.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Dentist was nice and to the point. So far so good. Grady W

My second visit fall of 2020, was equally quick and well done. I am thoroughly happy with the facility, the staff and the doctors.

Posted On: 01/10/2020 My original review of Tri-Hill Family Dentistry was a 1 star as I was very frustrated with a few things concerning appt times and calling to schedule. However after the problems were fully brought to their attention Tri-Hill went above and beyond to apologize and make up for the issues I had which I have never ever experienced a small business to ever do. This just proves they truly care about their clients and you shouldn't be afraid to let them know if you have any issues as they want you to have the best experience with them as possible. Melinda T
