Posted On: 09/03/2020 Very pleasant experience! I am in the process of whitening my teeth because of dark tetracycline staining. After only 2 weeks, I am thrilled with the results. I am continuing with the whitening process for an additional 6 weeks, but so far, I am very very happy!! Doctor Cruz was knowledgeable and friendly! The lady who did my dental cleaning was so nice and explain everything she would do different from a normal visit and how it would help lessen the spread of the virus. From doing the service in her room to Scheduling an appointment there too. Very happy with the Tri Hill Family! Ed G

Posted On: 03/06/2020 My daughter’s appointment was at 4:00 for adjusting her braces.
She wasn’t seen until 4:30 and what was disappointing was, not a single staff member apologized for running late. I understand that things happen however, professionally speaking it doesn’t take a genius to acknowledge the fact that you’re (staff) running late.
In the past, when the technician was finished adjusting my daughter’s braces, she would come out and tell me how things went.
Another disappointing factor was, we had a newer technician yesterday and I was NOT impressed with how we were treated. She never came out to let me k ow how things went. Carita C
